We visited so that I could get a voucher for a friend. We stopped for lunch and both my daughter and I had macaroni cheese which was very tasty, like home made. The one waitress was coping well as the eating area was reasonably full. My only minor complaint was that our table felt very sticky, not necessarily due to not being wiped but maybe because the surface varnish was needing replaced. It was a good experience and if in that area I would definitely eat there again

A small country hotel, but there is a good choice of beers and the food is exceptional. When staying, the breakfast is great There is a village green and a play park and a river you can walk along. A great place and lovely staff, too !
Had the most delicious meal here recently with family. The girls who were serving were absolutely brilliant, running their buttons off, as they were very busy. Everyone enjoyed their food choices too. A wee bit cramped, but we are big people, and lots of us. Hope to revisit soon.
Phenomenal meal at Ythanview, both dishes recommended to us were delicious and the portions were spot on, proper pub grub! All the staff were lovely, we will definitely be back on our next visit to the area.
